Effective November 1, 2026

REEV Inc. (“we”) handles personal information on the Team REEV official website (gg.reev.co.jp, the “Site”) in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, as follows. The Japanese version of this policy prevails.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you enter in our contact, player application and sponsorship deck forms (name, company or organisation, job title, email, gamer tag, country, results, social or portfolio links, message, etc.)
  • Information about how you use the Site (pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, approximate region). Google Analytics data is collected only if you accept cookies
  • IP address and browser information when you submit a form, to prevent abuse

2. How we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and to review and respond to applications
  • To provide our sponsorship deck and information about partnerships
  • To understand and improve how the Site is used
  • To prevent spam and misuse

3. Cookies and third-party services

The Site uses the following services, which may receive information about you:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC), for usage analysis. It uses cookies and is enabled only if you choose “Accept” on the notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored. Seehow Google uses data.
  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), for delivering and securing the Site, cookie-free analytics (Web Analytics) and bot protection on forms (Turnstile).

You can change your choice by clearing the setting stored in your browser.

4. Storage

Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare’s database (D1) and can be accessed only by our staff. We delete them once their purpose has been fulfilled, or three years after submission.

5. Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Data sent to the services in section 3 is limited to what is needed to run the Site.

6. Your requests

You may ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information. We will respond after confirming your identity. Please use our contact form or the email address below.
